INSANE! I freaking love everything about it! If it's done in photoshop can you please tell me what is the brush type, size, transperancy maybe, how can I achieve your effect of strokes, like do ones you have on his shoulder?

Thanks!! : ) I did most of it in Paintchat, but there's a brush that'll be like it in photoshop. It's basically the round brush that doesn't change size in pressure, with the opacity pressure on and the flow pressure on! Just adjust them slightly to suit your liking every once in a while.
